Yeast management info

My partner Nate from Escarpment Labs wrote an article on yeast handling and repitching in the Brewers Journal Canada Fall 2017 issue (pg 66-70) - https://issuu.com/meatpacking/docs/bjc_06_digital_edition. Hopefully this helps clear up questions around yeast handling and repitching. I'm also starting this thread in case anyone has any specific questions about yeast management, I'm here to help :-)
